Special Beef Nihari Recipe | More Delicious than Commercial | بیف نہاری | by Hajvery Food
We made this delicious recipe by using homemade spices. Nihari is a dish of Indian sub-continent in which meat along with bones having bone-marrow is cooked very slowly. Usually in this recipe, beef, mutton / lamb meat is taken.
Ingredients of this recipe are as under:
- Under Cut Beef - 1/2 kg
- Bones with bone-marrow (Nalli) - 1/2 kg
- Garlic Ginger Paste - 2 table spoons
- Oil - 1/2 cup

- Salt - 1/2 table spoon or according to taste
- Red Chili Powder - 1/2 table spoon or according to taste
- Coriander Powder - 1 table spoon
- Turmeric Powder (Haldi) - 1 tea spoon
- Chanay ka Atta / All purpose flour / Regular Flour - 1 cup
- Water - 2 - 3 liters (as required)
Tarka for Nihari:
- Onion - 1 medium
- Oil - 1/4 cup
For garnishing:
- Green Chilies
- Julienne Cut Ginger
- Lemon
