Special Beef Nihari Recipe | More Delicious than Commercial | بیف نہاری | by Hajvery Food



We made this delicious recipe by using homemade spices. Nihari is a dish of Indian sub-continent in which meat along with bones having bone-marrow is cooked very slowly. Usually in this recipe, beef, mutton / lamb meat is taken.

Ingredients of this recipe are as under:
  1. Under Cut Beef - 1/2 kg
  2. Bones with bone-marrow (Nalli) - 1/2 kg
  3. Garlic Ginger Paste - 2 table spoons
  4. Oil - 1/2 cup
  5. Nihari Masala (for homemade nihari masala recipe please Click Here)
  6. Salt - 1/2 table spoon or according to taste
  7. Red Chili Powder - 1/2 table spoon or according to taste
  8. Coriander Powder - 1 table spoon
  9. Turmeric Powder (Haldi) - 1 tea spoon
  10. Chanay ka Atta / All purpose flour / Regular Flour - 1 cup
  11. Water - 2 - 3 liters (as required)

Tarka for Nihari:
  1. Onion - 1 medium
  2. Oil - 1/4 cup

For garnishing:
  1. Green Chilies
  2. Julienne Cut Ginger
  3. Lemon
